In a market where it feels like quantity is the key, quality still matters. Most employers know within 60 seconds if they are tossing you into the interview pile or the trash can - also known as the "circular file."

Your cover letter needs to grab their attention and get to the point. You are way too wordy, (think speaking in bullet points), then they may move on to your resume. You would benefit from a professional resume, and you don't have to pay for this - any career counselor at an unemployment office can help you with this, or find an admin friend that can clean it up for you.

Hit them hard with the facts and make it in the first 60 seconds. I was competing with 500 people per position in my area and ended up one of two top candidates several times before landing my new position. It took me almost a year and a half full-time online, and believe me the rejection as one of top two over and over again can really drive your self-esteem into the ground in a hurry, but the job I landed on has been one of the best in my life, and at one of the most challenging times ever.

True diligence pays off, there is nothing wrong with you, you just have more competition than you realize. I knew the stats, and it still took my seeing my competition all filing into a college auditorium to take the pre-interview testing for it to actually sink in. When you see 500+ people filing in, one by one you really get the picture.

Yes your format to be plain sucks.
Start with personal info like you did
Go to jobs, bullet point highlights and experience in 1 line thoughts
Education at bottom skip the area of study you have a BSBA period they know what is involved in getting one (I have one also)
Then include skills especially if certified and be specific MS Office takes care of at least a few that you listed. basically skip the whole skills thing you have listed there that shows in your experience
get rid of the long list of experience most people reading have not made it past the first part of the list to read on.
Make sure you have a good cover letter

Continue with your online applications. That's the way to go. I know you would not like to hear that. I wrote an article on my site about it. These days it is not uncommon for some to submit 20-30 applications a day for several weeks in a row. The more the better. Enlarge the scope of your search. Do not just concentrate on the jobs that you think you will be good at. Concentrate on the jobs that need people right now.

Check out the site below. See if the search results there will be different from the ones you had on other search sites.

Hi, if you are looking around you, millions of people are taking the blow on job industry. There are many who are losing their jobs because of so many companies that are closing due to the recession.

No matter how competitive your resume is, it is really hard to land a job this years. But goodluck to you. You might get lucky - don'
t stop trying.
