Start with personal info like you did Go to jobs, bullet point highlights and experience in 1 line thoughts Education at bottom skip the area of study you have a BSBA period they know what is involved in getting one (I have one also) Then include skills especially if certified and be specific MS Office takes care of at least a few that you listed. basically skip the whole skills thing you have listed there that shows in your experience get rid of the long list of experience most people reading have not made it past the first part of the list to read on.
