Lightspeed Financial to Acquire Terra Nova Financial
CHICAGO & NEW YORK—-Terra Nova Financial Group, Inc. and Lightspeed Financial, Inc. today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement in which Lightspeed will acquire 100% of the membership interest of Terra Nova Financial, LLC , a wholly owned subsidiary of Terra Nova Financial Group, Inc. for a purchase price of approximately $27.6 million.
