Need help on a school project. This is not cheating just want peoples opinion?

We are creating a project where we are making the scheduling of patients for a hospital easier for doctors to be able to view at anytime on their blackberry. Some ideas we came up with is creating a calender on the web that the doctors could view, software for blackberries to have a scheduler that a person at the office could fill out for them….any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated….if you know of any blackberry applications that would work this would be great also
