Online Appointment Booking Software – any suggestions?

I am desperately looking for simple appointment booking/calendaring software, so that customers can view my available times/locations and schedule themselves in online.
I have found a couple of good online booking systems, but for some odd and inexplicable reason they are both ‘USA only’ products!! Who makes a user-friendly booking system for small business that’s more generic – i.e. Usable by anyone, anywhere, like most software??

Just to clarify…
- Free is not important, but inexpensive is.
- I don’t need a calendar (that’s easy); I need software for managing online customer bookings for a service/appointment-based business.
Have you ever used Yahoo’s Calendar?
LiveMail (Hotmail, MSN, etc.) are a lot like an on-line version of Outlook’s calendar.
They all have the advantage of being simple and FREE!

I don’t know but it seems like this belongs in the software section, not Programming & Design.
If it’s just to show your schedule (not to allow the user to enter or change things), you could use any blogging software. If you don’t insist on free, any reasonably competent teen-ager could probably create a web page (ant utilities to maintain it) for you.
May be you can contact a programmer at websites like http://oktutorial.com/ , http://getafreelnacer.com/ to build such a software for you.
