can anyone recommend a good online scheduling software management system?

we need a system to provide 5 different departments w/unique needs but all regarding scheduling and resevations.
I am currently looking at www/gobookingssytems.com
they are very helpful and seem affordable.
we are a non-profit farm that has been around since the 60’s and need to update our system, as we are in the heart of silicon valley!
