Have educational video library of 6,000 items. How can I put the catalog and ordering on-line real time?

I have on the order of 16 fields keyed to the video title. I doubt that I can find MARC records for more than half of these videos. I can dump my files into Excel spread sheet or CVS but need to come up with an ordering, account creation, labeling, shelf tracking, [...]
