Would there have been a formal validation plan for Collins ? (Surely there was ?) Was it ever used?

It’s a bit rich telling the supplier his system doesn’t work, if the formal validation plan was never followed.

Were staff added to the Collins project, causing the project to run late ?

Were there people involved in Collins software with these supposed “personality disorders” ?

Were there people involved in Collins software with major personality disorders who slipped through the net – they appear normal against the above supposed criteria ?

Was this a problem during Collins submarine software delivery ?

A/Such a simple thing, but it’s far more complex than it appears on the surface. Having spent many years in the code mines I have a first hand view of the nightmare that software devleopment has become.
