I have on the order of 16 fields keyed to the video title. I doubt that I can find MARC records for more than half of these videos. I can dump my files into Excel spread sheet or CVS but need to come up with an ordering, account creation, labeling, shelf tracking, scheduling, and billing system to support “do it yourself ordering.” Old system ran on File Maker Pro 5.0. present system software makes conversion impractical to use. It is time to reinvent application and create online interactive scheduling and ordering. H E L P

I want to do the following:

1. Sleep on time, wake up on time
2. exercise regularly.
3. Be happy – (am not very happy)
4. Do some personal work regularly like make my own projects, learn somethings, do some sketching.
5. And do my office work

All I manage to is work and more work. It never gets done enough. Our bosses make project plans. They involve us but no matter what the work never goes as per plan. I think because we are in software creation and always working on something new we will always have surprises in our work. Net result everyone is continuously slipping in their schedule. I feel like a donkey all the time. Everyone stays late and slogs a lot.

Has anyone ever successfully solved this problem. How?
Software programming is all about solving problems. Anyone ever solve this one problem?

help!i can’t decide which software to use in organizing and scheduling because it seems they are too many and i dont know much about each of them.
basically, i want a software that is easy to use and understand and can be installed in desktop computers running windows xp. and it must have the following features:
- can create a daily,weekly,monthly,even yearly time schedule
- can organize my appointments and daynotes,occasions,meetings or even work related tasks, savings, and diff. accounts (bank acc,e-mails,bills) with alarms or reminders and calendar of course
- can manage my different lists(e.g to-do-lists. to-buy-lists, priority lists, etc.)

also, if possible, i wish to have a personal note or diary with it which is password protected or can be viewed privately, one of which i can put my special notes (like favourite quotes for the day, or any personal writing, photo moments etc.)
