Using licensed software without approval?

I was working in charity poker house in Michigan and I own the licensed tournament director software used for just the tournaments. About a week ago the owner got a bug in her butt and decided not to schedule me anymore. Being all employees work under charity we cap out at $50.00 a night. Now I have asked her to uninstall my program being I am no longer using it daily but she refused to and continues to use it for profit. What can I do about this issue? Do I need to sue her to get me licensed software off her computer and to stop her from making money using it?

Legal issues can be a minefield for untrained people.
Play it safe – see a lawyer.
